CHURCH OF THE FOURSQUARE GOSPEL IN SRI LANKA

Needless to say, that our world is in great turmoil; nation rising against nation, ethnic wars, geo: political dissensions, civil uprisings etc. Some leaders of nations are driven by their triumphalist agendas and others are trying desperately to see peace and reconciliation among warring factions. Come what may, peace and reconciliation need to be ushered in by all peoples.

However, we must admit the fact that peace is the fruit of the Holy Spirit. It's time for the church of God to go on our knees in prayer. For we hear God's call in 2 Chronicles 7:L4 "If my people who are called by My name shall humble themselves and pray and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven, I will forgive their sins and I will heal their land." I am greatly blessed to know that global prayer leaders are uniting from July 18th to 21st in Chennai, India to pray for our beloved nations.

I pray for God's blessing and anointing to follow the effiorts of America Prays, Every Home for Christ, International Prayer Council and Go Movement.

May God's presence be released on these wonderful leaders and their efforts together with representatives from South Asian nations.
